The “Duperey” bedding set is made of magnificent Royal satin. It is a soft, delicate, slightly velvety fabric with satin weaving of threads. The extraordinary softness of Royal satin is the result of a special surface treatment after which its front side acquires a delicate velvety texture. Also, the softness is achieved by the use of the best raw materials such as thin long-staple cotton threads. The material has excellent hygienic properties. This fabric is ideal for people with sensitive skin, for whom the tenderness of touch is especially important. Royal satin serves a long time and it is easy to care for. The stylized floral ornament of Dupre set consists of delicately painted flowers in the classic French style. The main colors of the ornament are coral red and rich emerald green. Ornate interweaving of lines and intricate petal shapes stand out against the delicate background of a creamy ecru shade. Creamy palette is typical for Provence-style interiors. The duvet cover and pillowcases of the set are double-sided, on the back side they are decorated with a dim and barely noticeable retro-pattern ‘scales’ just like the Dupre sheet.
